For what? For a web server, no. For an automobile, no. For a highly available, open SIP standards, enterprise communications platform yes. Does it do everything in the world a 20 person office might want to do? Some people use it in that environment but it's not really designed to go toe-to-toe with small office solutions on a feature by feature basis.
