In order to use sip trunks with sipxbridge you need to make
sure:

1. The ITSP will let you register "from" port 5080.
2. The ITSP will send inbound INVITES to port 5080.
3. Your firewall is using symmetric NAT for outbound traffic
(i.e., firewall must not change the source port of sipx
based outbound traffic).

If you can grab a PCAP at your firewall you might be able to
see what is passing and if you can identify the ITSP someone
might have a working example to share.
