Hello,

today I tried to understand what settings are reponsible for Busy on Busy
(send busy to calling party if a user is already talking to someone) or
Busy on DND (send busy if a user marks a line DND). I have several polycom
phones and set "calls per line key" to "1". In the same "tab" there's a
setting with the description: "If checked, reject all incoming calls with
the reason 'busy' if do-not-disturb is enabled." which is marked.

I have two lines at the same (!) polycom phone. One line is labeld "219"
where Busy-on-Busy/DND didn't work and another line "222" where
Busy-on-Busy/DND works. The line "222" was created today, the line "219" is
created 14 months ago. I compared every settings under the "user" settings
and can't find any differences (besides username, password and so on). I
even downloaded the phone configuration from sipxecs and compared both
lines with diff. Even there I can see any difference besides
username+password. So there must be some other settings somewhere inside
sipXecs, but I don't know where to search now.

Has someone an idea where I should start looking next?

FYI, I'm using sipXecs 4.4.0- 2011-10-12EDT17:21:46
