All,
 We used My Buddy pretty heavily ( <3 ) in our OIT office. However,
sometimes certain components stops functioning. Most noticeably the find
feature, call feature, or anything that interacts with a phone books.
Sometimes restarting My Buddy or Instant Messaging helps. Sometimes it is
required to restart the whole sipxecs service to restore. Is there another
service that should be restart? Is there any log information I should
provide that would be helpful for debugging? If would be glad to provide if
you can point me in the right direction.
