of course you have to give the user access the to the web interface, but it doesn't mean they learn anything. I rant about the last version of the GoDaddy DNS interface, because it syntactically WRONG. They decided to rename the whole DNS thing in order to dumb it down, in the process converting the meaning of things. WRONG.
EVERY DNS provider has slightly different interfaces for doing things. While I prefer a flat text file in linux as an example, it's also easy to break with a leading or trailing characters accidentally put somewhere and, LOOK OUT where you put dots. It matters! Sometimes education needs to happen, but then you are building a better admin too!
