There are 80 failed CDR records with a 404 error message relating to fax DIDs. I will keep an eye on this issue. I needed to restart sipXecs service earlier because many people were reporting DID fax problem. The issue that we are talking about occurred after that restart. The users are reporting that the systems is working as expected. Tony thanks again for the help and support,

With a PRI properly set to do t.38 there is no real limit. I would say you might tax the system with maybe 70 incoming faxes, but I don't see that happening unless you were running a fax only business. The only thing that would make me ask more is whether there are similar issues with voicemail "in general" as it hits the media server. Since you have media server on server ONE it should never really matter though. If it is only with incong faxes, the CDR should show up even if the call fails (I think). If it's not in the CDR, it could simply be the senders side is busy or is using an outbound hunt group (line pooling) that is full, etc. It would be easy to test if you had a few pots lines and old fax machines laying around (chuckle).
