I would agree completely and in some cases I am sure that we can help fund
requested or needed capabilities.

Thank you so much everyone for the help and for making it happen.

Thanks. Misiu Systems funded that development, and a big thanks to George for
finishing off the final touches on it.

BTW, not to hijack the thread, but that process showed me how well
collaboration works with the Community and the Developers. We funded the nuts
and bolts of it, the developers tied a nice bow onto it to make it purrrrr.

We need more of that, and we can really speedup the continuing effort to bring
some great features to this project.

General question, with the user account created and the fax extension and DID
areas filled out, how many concurrent faxes will the system handle for that DID?

I am getting reports from customers of a lot of "Busy" errors on their end when
faxes are tried against an account that gets "Many" faxes throughout the day.

This is an ITSP/bandwidth issue.

The media server can handle whatever load is thrown at it from a resource
perspective. (i.e. 50 on a 4-6gb ram system with adequate CPU?). The question
is how is the call coming in? Trunk or PRI. That's most likely where the
bottleneck is. On PRI's I never have seen a bottleneck. On t.38 trunks, at
least the one I have, I think the max limit is two but I don't get faxes
regularly and I don't use it for voice service, so it's never bothered me.

By the way, whom ever provided the PDF capability for fax attachments, the
ladies in the office say "Big Hugs" are in order to those that helped. They are
very happy users now.

I think Todd Hodgens needs some credit there. His customer financed pdf part.

Great Job...

Thanks,
