We currently have 9 Mediant 1000s with T1/PRI cards and they have worked very well for us. The only drawback with Audiocodes is that unless you buy the support, your on your own with everything, including firmware. Even if you get a device bad right out of the box (which happened to us), they won't even talk to you on the phone. This doesn't appear to be the case with Patton, however I have only messed with the Patton MATA FXS. Patton does actually talk to you on the phone, unlike Audiocodes, and has provided me support and firmware.
