I do not see an issues with the imap server when the sipxecs mail is delivered. Does the sendmail server on the sipXecs need to be configured differently when selecting the IMAP option? The sendmail server now simply relays all sipXecs emails to our kerio mail server. I was thinking that in the case of IMAP that the sipXecs and the IMAP server talk directly and bypass the sendmail server. Is that not the situation? The courtesy emails for changing the password will not go away. I have checked everything that I know to do. I am not able to get into the user forum as the site will not come up. Once you get the password working, you wont sync imap with voicemail unless you "determine if your server/provider supports IDLE and SEARCHES".
