Create New autoattendant for English 2. In default autoattendant (French one) define one of keys as "Transfer to Extension or Other Destination" to: *<sip:[email protected] :15060;action=autoattendant;schedule_id=aa_nn;locale=en>* you will find exact string in mappingrules.xml just locale needs to be changed to "en". Do not forget to include "<>". 3. Create one more voicemail dial plan (I gave it extension 102) so English speaking people can retrieve their voicemail in English. 4. Dialpad action for retrieving voicemail form second language attendant (# key) should be <sip:[email protected]:15060;action=retrieve;locale=en> 6. After you created everything sipx will ask you to restart SIP proxy and SIP register - do it 7. Edit mappingrules.xml and change locale of that new dialplan (102 in my case) to "en" 8. Restart SIP proxy and SIP register services manually. If you have problems contact me directly.
