Has anyone had any experience with using sipXecs and Earthlink SIP trunking service? They installed an Ingate SIParator on our internal network. I've configured a gateway using the SIParator's IP address and added this gateway to the LD dial plan. When I place a call, the SIParator returns a "From: URI not recognized" error. I've contacted the provider and their advice was to change the To: URI (change from [email protected] to 1NPANXXXXXX@<SIParator_IP_Addr>) and change the From: URI (change it from <4-digit-ext>@my.domain to <10-digit-number>@<sipXecs_IP_Addr>). Not sure where to begin making these types of changes, nor am I certain that I've headed off in the right direction. Any advice?
