Plantronics CS55 was a great one as well. Now replaced with the CS500 series.
With Plantronics, you want to order the little cable that plugs from the back of the phone to the headset base to be able to answer calls when away from the phone. APP-51 I believe, but look it up, there are a lot of different cables - it keeps you from needing the lifter kit.
