Bounty - Time of Day and also Selection of IVR

I would like to know what it would take to change the AutoAttendant dial
plan so that the holiday section had time of day and also each day had an
independent IVR to choose from to the right of each holiday day... i want
to be able to pre-program every day of a year or even more
