i do not need CSV uploading for schedules... but it wouldn't hurt if
someone wants it

my recommendation would be as follows

down at the bottom of the AutoAttendant DialPlan we would just add to the
already existing holiday options

Day | Time-of-Day | Delete option | DropDown for which IVR to forward to..
or even just a text box... this would allow us to forward to ANYTHING on
this system or another system... this would be a much better choice
