This is simple.

Just have the one DID hit an Auto Attendant.

The conference room number to dial will simply be the extension of the
conference room.

Create all the conference rooms you want.

Moderator PINs for conference rooms are coming in version 4.6, but a
conference room PIN is available now.

Plus you have a complete communications system...  IM, calling, etc.  And
if, for business reasons, you need a supported system we can help do that
through eZuce.
