I was drawn to the 406 and followed it to the codecs. While I would rearrange the UA, I think its a red herring.
Eyebeam is REALLY old too and the only thing I see is the missing mandatory header field but thats also a red herring as it is a keepalive packet. I am confused on the hostname/sip domain part. Are you doing this using IP registration in the UA? It looks as though user 499 (sven) is calling user 499 (sven). Can you show a real call or a call to the IVR?
