The contact filed is correct. It points to the address of the media
server (FreeSwitch). What is wrong here is the softphone. It should
use the record route address for sending the ACK.

I must say that we connect soft phone to a high "hidden port" 55060
for security reasons and we have iptables converting to 5060. This is
pretty new for us, only had it a few days.But it worked yesterday!

Eyebeam is REALLY old too and the only thing I see is the
missing mandatory header field but thats also a red herring as
it is a keepalive packet. I am confused on the hostname/sip

(sven). Can you show a real call or a call to the IVR?

We have a 4.4 sipx running for a while. Suddenly today
(after creating some bridges and dial plans) our soft
phone stop working properly. As you can see from the
attached pcap, the 200 OK from sipx has internal IP
address in Contact, so my soft phone will send ACK to

Anyone have an idea how this could happen. As I said this
