The contact filed is correct. It points to the address of the media server (FreeSwitch). What is wrong here is the softphone. It should use the record route address for sending the ACK.

I must say that we connect soft phone to a high "hidden port" 55060 for security reasons and we have iptables converting to 5060. This is pretty new for us, only had it a few days.But it worked yesterday!
