Hmmm. does /var/log/sipxpbx/sipxcallresolver.log or ../sipxconfig.log
show anything of value here? CDR's have to be flushed (written) to the postgres database. Until they are written (call completes) postgres is not written too. I am curious if your postrgres SIPXCDR database has an issue or if there is any type of diskspace problem. Wild guesses until the logs are looked at...
