I have 2 snom 370 phones that I had working until I set up presence monitoring (I'm assuming) because since yesterday morning when I got presence monitoring working properly they have had an issue with outgoing calls delaying for roughly 30 seconds before connecting. This is happening with both internal and external calls. My polycom phones and all the softphones (xlite 5, Bria 2.4 & 3.4.2) are working as expected without any delays.
Incoming calls to the snom phones is working flawlessly and presence is working fine as well. I've gone over the configuration of the phones several times and even upgraded the firmware to the latest version and still nothing. The only other option I haven't tried is factory resetting the phones and provisioning them again. My current Version: sipXecs (4.6.0. 2012-09-14EDT14:09:34 ip-10-72-43-110.ec2.internal) installed via ISO I'm planning to update tonight after hours to see if that provides any resolution but in the meantime; does anyone have any suggestions that I may be overlooking or overthinking?
