George,
Thanks for your assistance. I'm starting to think it may just be the phone
itself. When I have them both using the same configuration pushed from the
server 1 will work properly now and the other still has the same issues. Also,
the problematic one doesn't pull the directory like the other one does. I've
updated them both to the latest firmware from snom for the 370 model.
Alternatively, if I change the configuration of the problem phone to not be a
part of the same "phone group" as the other and be a standalone phone it will
work properly. It still won't pull the directory but the calls connect as
expected. I can add the directory manually but with this set up I have 2
working snom 370's.

I do think that part of the problem is related to the TLS settings built into
the snom phones. The latest firmware doesn't provide an option to force UDP/TCP
over TLS though. I'm not sure if it did in previous versions.

Anyway, I can push forward and circle back to this issue at a future date. I
think I may start with these phones and try and convince them to move to a
Polycom equivalent since they only need 2.

Again, thank you for your help, and if I come across any conclusion as to what
the problem was/is I'll be sure to update the list to share the knowledge.

Thank you,
Geoff

Ah, sorry, I meant in Snom admin interface, and check transport layer setting
(it should be on that page according to Snom
