Hi, from time to time some customers struggle with the phonebook in the user portal because they don’t know how to get the changes to their phone. Sending profile from the speed dial tab does not feel reasonable to the users.
There was an Improvement request some time ago XX-7873 but it is still open. I just wanted to ask if this is planned to be fixed in some way (e.g. send phonebook to phone button in the phonebook tab). This is coming back over and over again.
