Hi, we just wrote an article in the sipfoundry wiki about an alternative ACD solution for SipX/openUC which is based on Askozia.
It’s not a complete guide that describes every feature in deep but it may guide an alternative way to satisfy ACD/huntgroup related requirements. We are running this solution since a few month at our own openUC system and at customer’s SipX/openUC installations without any problem.
