Questions for pondering:
1) Which distributions do something sensible if hostname is not set? Does
Red Hat still behave like that, or is that only old behavior? (I know SuSE
and Debian don't work like that.)
2) When would the hostname gathered by the autoinstall kernel be wrong?=20
This name tag is what is used to fetch the autoinstall script, and should be
right for the machine.
