Summary: /proc/.* excludes

Initial Comment:
On Redhat 9 machines, I've noticed that certain
daemons create hidden subdirectories in /proc/ after the
host is up for some time. I don't know what creates
them or what their purpose is, but I do know that
they're purged on a reboot, and that they will make
rsync error out w/ code 23 (main.c). I think it has
something to do w/ a bad symlink or something.

Anyway... it seems like something that would be a good
idea to exclude by default.
