My 2 cents... it's a "RedHat Enterprise" release, not a RedHat one, so
perhaps RedHatEL/3AS  (or just 3)/stages.  If the top level is supposed to be
"vendor" then perhaps RedHat/EL3/stages.  Need to differentiate EL from plain
RedHat since that's what they do.

The AS, ES, and WS are different variations of EL3, but perhaps they could be
considered equivalent for purposes of SiS (I suppose one would need to verify
this before deciding on such a namespace merge).

Ick... there's always EL3AS, EL3ES, EL3WS.
