There is unfortunately an error from the "make" when we arrive at "Put binaries in the boel_binaries_tarball...": Library not found: libcom_err.so.3 in path: /lib64 : /usr/lib64 : /scratch/SI/systemimager/src/parted-1.6.5/libparted/.libs : /scratch/SI/systemimager/src/discover-1.5/lib/.libs : /lib/ : /usr/lib/ : /usr/X11R6/lib/ A more complete output is attached. The lacking library exists in a number of places on my system: # locate libcom_err.so /usr/lib/libcom_err.so /usr/kerberos/lib/libcom_err.so.3.0 /usr/kerberos/lib/libcom_err.so.3 /usr/kerberos/lib/libcom_err.so /lib/libcom_err.so.2.0 /lib/libcom_err.so.2 My system is a HP Proliant server running Redhat Enterprise Linux 3.0 Update 3 (all current updates are installed).
