si_monitor is included in the specfile patch I sent today. si_mkbootpackage
was included in the server package due to the line
%prefix/sbin/si_mk*
in the "%files server" section.

I'd rather expect this one to go to "common", because one should be able to
build a boot package on any node, but well, that's not too bad.
