Well - not sure what the problem was specifically - just know that the
perl-AppConfig didnt download after several attempts... i suggest pointing
it to a new source.

I'm a little confused here.. without the --mirror on the CLI, it only
tries to connect to the default location of install.sisuite.org for the
mirrors, not any of the SF mirror sites.. There is no automatic mirror
selection currently.
