You will have to fix the makefile too. I don't have the source in front of me at the moment, but its an easy fix once the build complains. Don't forget to fixup the kernel config to include whatever drivers you need (compiling them into the kernel makes it easier), and delete the 'i386,x86_64' patches from the patches directory, because they dont work and aren't needed anyway.
