Hello all,

I have a new version of my kernel out. This kernel has support for:

- SATA devices.
- all SCSI devices now selected (Megaraid2, IBM, Compaq, etc.).
- newer e1000 driver.
- newer bcm5700 (aka tg3) driver.
- all network devices selected.

I recently had to try installing SI to a Dell PowerEdge 2850 and ran into
some of the same problems that Mariano Guelar ran into with his PE1850.
Upgrading my kernel and using a base of 3.4.1 seemed to have done the trick,
or at least it did for me on my PE2850 server.

You can get my files here: http://world.anarchy.com/~peter/systemimager/

You will most likely need to be using SI-3.4.1 to make this work, but maybe
not. Most users need simply burn the si341.iso file to CD and boot their
clients with it. Power users w/ PXE can simply install the kernel file to
their /tftpboot directory. (If you are cloning lots of machines this is
almost a requirement. Check out the Niflheim PXE-HOWTO-WITH-SYSTEMIMAGER now
referenced here

EIM_Cluster_Uses_SystemImager.pdf)

Note that my kernel makes no consideration for fitting on a floppy; just the
kernel is bigger than the floppy capacity! The goal of this kernel is to
make things work, not worry about using outdated mediums :).
