I also wanted to mention that if I change the root= line when
the system is
booting in grub to root/dev/hda3 it works perfectly. I just need an
automated way for it to do this. I know why the root=LABEL=/
doesnt work,
its because when e2mkfs creates the partition it doesnt add
the associated
labels to them.
