Running si_prepareclient 3.6.3 on CentOS 4.3 (=RedHat), I get this output:
> Using "sfdisk" to gather information about disk: > /dev/sda > > rsync: link_stat "/usr/share/systemimager/boot/i386/standard/ > initrd_template/." failed: No such file or directory (2) > rsync error: some files could not be transferred (code 23) at main.c > (702) > Couldn't rsync -a /usr/share/systemimager/boot/i386/standard/ > initrd_template/ /tmp/.systemimager.5/. at /usr/lib/systemimager/ > perl/SystemImager/UseYourOwnKernel.pm line 58. The named file is indeed missing, as is /usr/share/systemimager. I used the install script to install systemimager-client and presumably all its dependencies. The hardware is a Dell PE850 with two disks in a raid 1 configuration, with LVM. Have I failed to install something or missed a step?
