Theoretically with UYOK you can install every server model, if the kernel of your distro supports the hardware. The point is how stable is UYOK (and all the components you need to use)... for this I strongly suggest to use the latest release: 3.7.6. It is the most stable release available at the moment (even if it's "tagged" as unstable) and it is the first release candidate for 3.8.0, available soon (we hope).
Moreover, every recent release preserves backward compatibility so in general you can run different versions of systemimager in your clients and image server.
