Also, please > make sure you are running the most recent version of SystemImager > (stable or unstable): > > http://wiki.systemimager.org/index.php/File_distribution > I think we're talking about two different things - at least I hope we are - because this document talks about a feature introduced in version 3.9.4 and I'm talking about something I've been using since pre 3.0 days, at least I think that's when I first started using SI.
I'm specifically talking about putting one or more files into the directory /var/lib/systemimager/overrides/scriptname/... and after systemimager installs the image it looks to see if there are any files in this hierarchy and if so, overrides the image with them. It's in this hierarchy I'm putting /etc/rc5.d/script. My expectation is after the system boots my script will be ADDED to what was in /etc/rc5.d and not replace everything with it. -mark ------------------------------------------------------------------------- This SF.Net email is sponsored by the Moblin Your Move Developer's challenge Build the coolest Linux based applications with Moblin SDK & win great prizes Grand prize is a trip for two to an Open Source event anywhere in the world http://moblin-contest.org/redirect.php?banner_id=100&url=/ _______________________________________________ sisuite-users mailing list sisuite-users@lists.sourceforge.net https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/sisuite-users
