Space no, as long as the storage system on your client has enough space to hold the files from your image. Disks, depends -- if this is hardware raid, then as long as you have enough space, that's fine. Can you please provide additional information regarding your golden client and the client you are trying to image? Eg. hardware raid VS software raid, are you using LVM on the golden client, etc. Also, please post /var/lib/systemimager/images/<imagename>/etc/systemimager/autoinstallscript.conf from your SystemImager server to http://www.pastebin.ca.
