Ach!  Sorry about that Michael, didn't read my mail before releasing
3.1.0.  :(

Maybe the best thing to do is to release a 3.1.1 with this fix in it (and
hopefully a fix for the other Windows problem with the Palm HotSyncManager
registry key).
