I've just put up 3.1.1 -- no serious changes, except for Marko's feature
request. http://sitescooper.org/ , as usual.
In other news, I'm moving to Melbourne, Australia for a year, starting in
July; so updates may be sporadic until I'm set up there. With any luck
this release should be pretty stable in the meantime... assuming there
isn't another one before then. ;)

- Plucker support now includes stuff from main plucker config file
- site: changed kde-news to just do dot.kde.org
