oops!
OK -- I've just noticed the CHANGES.txt file wasn't being updated, so
I've formalised this a bit more. Here's how it stands now...
- LATEST_CHANGES.txt is the changes since the last release (for dev
versions)
- CHANGES.txt is the changes up to the last release (generated from CVS
checkins)
- OLD_CHANGES.txt is ancient history and can generally be ignored ;)
I'll put up a new version now with the windows fix in it.
