Sitescooper itself supports this; there's a Perl module called
PDA::PilotInstall bundled with it which will try to figure out which
Registry key to set.

It used to work OK, but I have a feeling this isn't working anymore with
some versions of the Palm Desktop software, and my access to Windows isn't
really available anymore.  :(  I'd really appreciate if someone (hint
hint) could take a look at the code in there and see why it's not
installing ;)
