Hi Alastair,

I'm a bit stuck for access to Windows these days, so until iSilo
produce a linux converter I won't be able to implement this. :(

However if anyone *is* interested, the Plucker convert call does something
similar; it too creates a temporary options file, calls the converter
tool, then deletes the opts file.  THat could be used as an example.
