I have tried Adam's solution and I do like it, so will stick with it.
Now on to my next question. After scooping the sites, it launches plucker-build as follows:
The Drinkboy Channel: 158 stories downloaded (167.4 K uncompressed).
Running: plucker-build -p"C:\Program Files\sitescooper-3.1.2\tmp\txt\The_Drinkboy_Channel" -s scoop
However, I get the following after each instance and it seems as if it doesn't complete?
Working for pluckerdir C:\Program Files\sitescooper-3.1.2\tmp\txt\The_Drinkboy_Channel
Using proxy ''

NOTE: db_name is a deprecated option. Please use the doc_name option instead.
Processing plucker:/The_Drinkboy_Channel.html.

What is this deprecated option, and how do I change it to use the correct option? And why is nothing being done?
Thanks!
Greg

Adam's solution is the better one, IMO, but if you still want the
Plucker index page, I'd try outputting to multiple HTML files and then, in
your home.html for the Plucker database, write links to the outputted
files. (Use the -mhtml flag, and -refresh and -filename flag to suppress
Sitescooper prepending the dates to the resulting HTML files.)
This should work, but now it's a two step process to update the
pdbs on your Palm.

Here's the rub, my darling dear,
I feel the same when you are here.
