        I don't remember if this was answered, but yesterday I was mucking
around in the Sitescooper files for another reason and fixed this as well.

        Open up Main.pm.  (I think it's in lib/sitescooper.)  Do a search
for db_file.  You'll find it near the bottom of the file.  Just change the
db_file to doc_file and db_name to doc_name and that should eliminate the
errors.

        (I think these options are the names of the files on the Palm, and
the name Plucker uses for the files, respectively.)
