I agree with the termination of the fear-based messages. "What you focus 
on expands." Meaning, whatever your focus is, you'll see more of it and 
more evidence to support it. (Like vibration attracts like vibration.) I 
remember reading a story of Caroline Myss (if I recall correctly) who 
became caught in a traffic jam and then a riot broke out. I think this 
was in LA. She did not become emotionally involved with the stuff around 
her and kept her cool and focus. She was the only one to drive through 
without incident.

This is powerful when we follow through. When all else might be 
seemingly falling apart around us, our lives can remain unaffected and 
calm if we so chose. I go through this daily. What do I want to 
experience? War, fear, terror, anxiety? Or, peace, abundance, love, joy, 
happiness, fun, courage, health? It's not an "outside thing" - something 
out there (big bad boogie man) is out to get me. It's inside. What am I 
thinking? What am I feeling? What are the predominant thoughts floating 
through my head? This takes a big measure of personal responsibility, 
which I dare say, most people in the US are not choosing. Victimhood is 
cultivated here, which is still a choice.

There's a book called /Ask and it is Given./ On of the exercises in the 
book is called the Rampage of Appreciation. For 15 consecutive minutes 
you simply state out loud all the things you appreciate. Everything. "I 
love the sky. I appreciate my family. I like dirt. Those flowers are 
beautiful. I love my neighbors. I love these trees. I appreciated ants." 
Whatever you can think of or see. If you just practice this simply 
(silly) exercise by yourself, you'll notice a change within a day or a 
week in what you're noticing, what you're focusing on. (What you focus 
on expands.) If you and a friend or several friends can do this for an 
hour or so, just saying what you appreciate or love, you might not be 
able to walk. You'll be blissed out.

We don't have to defeat our controllers. (What are we focused on?) We 
simply need to focus on what we want to experience. As more and more 
people choose consciously what they want to experience, things will 
change. If this country practiced the Rampage of Appreciation exercise 
for 15 minutes per day for a month, the world would change.

    For ages, Man has been told he is powerless against the
    circumstances of his world. Things happen, purely by chance, and
    there is nothing that we can do about the causes or effects of

    I don't care how you word it. Use your own wording, I don't care.
    It's not the WORDS that matter...IT'S THE INTENT, THE THOUGHT ITSELF.

    Now, here's the important part. Remember the movie "Pay It
    Forward"? This is what I want us to do: tell just ONE person that
    you know to focus his/her thoughts in the manner I just described.
    Then ask that person to tell ONE more. This alone triples the
    call! And if the chain continues to expand, *WE WILL HAVE THE
    MILLIONS NEEDED TO REVERSE THE PLANS OF THE DARK BROTHERHOOD.*

    You can tell as many people as you wish, but tell at least one.
    All of us know someone who will not laugh when you show them this.
    And that person also knows someone who will not laugh when they
    show them this. Do you see?

    WE CAN DO IT. YOU MUST BELIEVE, NO, YOU MUST KNOW THAT WE CAN!!!
