called the Rampage of Appreciation. For 15 consecutive minutes you simply state
out loud all the things you appreciate. Everything. "I love the sky. I
appreciate my family. I like dirt. Those flowers are beautiful. I love my
neighbors. I love these trees. I appreciated ants." Whatever you can think of
or see. If you just practice this simply (silly) exercise by yourself, you'll
notice a change within a day or a week in what you're noticing, what you're
focusing on. (What you focus on expands.) If you and a friend or several
friends can do this for an hour or so, just saying what you appreciate or love,
you might not be able to walk. You'll be blissed out.
We don't have to defeat our controllers. (What are we focused on?) We simply
need to focus on what we want to experience. As more and more people choose
consciously what they want to experience, things will change. If this country
practiced the Rampage of Appreciation exercise for 15 minutes per day for a
month, the world would change.

Due to The Law of Attraction ("like attracts like"), whatever we

ONE more. This alone triples the call! And if the chain continues to expand, WE
WILL HAVE THE MILLIONS NEEDED TO REVERSE THE PLANS OF THE DARK BROTHERHOOD.
You can tell as many people as you wish, but tell at least one. All
of us know someone who will not laugh when you show them this. And that person
