Subject: Update on Obama case

Today at 3:30 local time, Judge Allen Cobb, Jr., allowed the Attorney
General's motion to dismiss my case against the NC Secretary of State
wherein I demanded she verify and validate Barack Hussein Obama's legitimacy
as a candidate for the presidency of the United States. I argued that,
based upon my research, Obama is an illegal alien. The judge took the low
road and ruled based upon statutory issues: Improper service, although I
can't imagine what proper service would be since I served it in accordance
with the Rules of Civil Procedure; claims against which relief cannot be
granted, since I should have included the Board of Elections as a Defendant;
timeliness, since I should have filed it within ten days after the final
filing date for candidates; and because I had not included a "verification
affidavit" at the end of my filing, which is only required when an attorney
files a complaint on behalf of someone who is incompetent, insane or
retarded. To add insult to injury, the judge ruled "ex mero motu", that is
on his own, that I lacked standing. He proudly read a quote from a SCOTUS
case supporting his contention that an individual citizen/taxpayer/voter has
no standing to sue the government for its malfeasance. What this means is
that if we all get our right arms cut off by the government, no one can file
suit alone for damages. That was very nice of him. I responded to that
one, too, by referencing another case with the same language and saying I
had expected the defense to use that counterclaim, but they didn't. My
rebuttal, "Next time I will file a class-action suit." The good news, this
was only a dry run. Now, I know all their defenses. The next case, after
the election, will be a winner, if Obama wins. Stay tuned for news at
11:00. Oh, except that the news media refused to mention anything about
this case.

It is in the hands of the Almighty God, except that we are His instruments.
Just to show you how apostate we have become, North Carolina's early voting
will end after four hours of voting on SUNDAY!

Good news, nobody died and nobody went to jail.

Best to you..
