What this means is that if we all get our right arms cut off by the government, no one can file suit alone for damages. That was very nice of him. I responded to that one, too, by referencing another case with the same language and saying I had expected the defense to use that counterclaim, but they didn't. My rebuttal, "Next time I will file a class-action suit." The good news, this was only a dry run. Now, I know all their defenses. The next case, after the election, will be a winner, if Obama wins. Stay tuned for news at 11:00. Oh, except that the news media refused to mention anything about this case. It is in the hands of the Almighty God, except that we are His instruments.
