I have made cases go away by pointing this out. First of all I wait until the lawyers are sending me threatening letters telling to pay up or they will sue. Then I send them a letter by Registered Mail that says; Sure you can go ahead and sue me but I intend to prove in court that you did not lend me anything. I intend to ask an officer of the bank and a CPA on the stand the attached 160 questions and prove that the bank did not lend me anything. Also, if you want to have an officer of the bank sign the enclosed affidavit stating that the bank actually did lend me a depositors money, then I will re-consider my position. Then about six weeks later, I get a statement that says that the so-called loan was paid off. It is magic!
