They have never rubbed me the right way and you will never catch me doing one of those things, same as closed checking accounts setoff process, I seen quite a few people go down for that too. Char is the first one hit as far as I know an there will be more, the best thing you can do to maybe stop it from happening to you is to rescind your signature on all of them and come back to filing the way of inside the box 1099 OID instead of using ZYA.
