But be aware it's a (true) beta. You can also try and edit the file
mimeTypes.rdf, located somewhere in
~/Library/Application Support/FireFox/Profiles/xxxxxxxx.defaults, and
replace every occurrence of Preview with Skim. Of course while FF is
not running.
