I expect a number of us are watching the Skim discussion over on the
DevonThink forum. It is testimony to Skim's success that the thread
has had over 2800 viewings! A lot of people need DT to work with
Skim. I may as well try to clarify a hope expressed over there.

To somone's comment,
"Count me as another voice wanting Skim integration. A question
regarding this — would/could quicklook provide the bridge for this?
If skim files are 'quicklookable' (I think this is planned) couldn't
DT use the quicklook image of Skimmed PDFs?"

... the DT developers replied:
"This is exactly what we're looking for. We want to use QuickLook for
reading and displaying so that DEVONthink can handle all files that
come with proper QuickLook support."

Christiaan - is Skim being misrepresented here or is QuickLook a
possible future way forward to use DT to store Skim files? I'm a bit
confused by your comments about QuickLook on 7th Dec and 18th Jan -
would you mind clarifying?

Thanks,

Michael
